The Shrine is a significant historical and cultural site located on a hill at the northern end of Sai Ri Beach, Sai Ri Subdistrict. This memorial honours Admiral Prince Krom Luang Chumphon Khet Udomsak, affectionately known as “Sadet Tia,” revered as the Father of the Thai Navy. In addition to his military role, His Royal Highness also earnestly studied traditional medicine and was proficient in treating various illnesses. He offered medical care to patients under the moniker “Mo Phon or Doctor Phon”, free of charge.
