It’s worth a drive out of the city for this small shop known for its duck noodles. Good-quality, sizeable ducks are stewed and seasoned with the chef’s own spice blend until the meat is tender and succulent; the broth is equally rich and flavourful and there are many types of noodles to choose from. Braised duck on rice is also good.
