Furnished in a rustic style and dotted by lots of plants, this restaurant comes with huge windows that bring the outside in. It embraces a farm-to-table concept with most produce coming from its own farm. On the menu, northern Thai cuisine takes centre stage with classics such as spicy minced pork salad, stir-fried organic Pako fern, and mango sticky rice. Reservations are highly recommended, but don’t bother driving here as parking is scarce.
