This no-frills noodle joint frequented by locals has been serving addictive pig offal noodle soup since the 1960s when the owner's father emigrated from China. All noodles are served in the same soup base which is bursting with flavour. Pick your toppings from the menu - pork blood curd, liver, stomach, intestines.... you name it. For the less adventurous, wontons and roast pork also taste great. Come early before the best cuts are gone.
