Tham Krachaeng is located at Ban Ka Sot, Tambon Bannang Sata, approximately 50 km. from Yala along Highway 410. Its entrance is slightly beyond the entrance to the Bang Lang Dam, with a left turn into a dirt road for some 1.5 km. It features a beautiful scenery of mountains and stream flowing underneath the cave. At low tide, visitors cand wade the stream throught the cave to reach the other end, which features an opening hugged by senic mountains and green forest. There are 3 other caves nearby to Tham Krachaeng; namely, Tham Luk Om, Tham Nam Lot, and Tham Phra.
