This public park is opposite the former city hall. This is a beautiful public park surround by limestone mountains. There are two adjoining caves called Tham Ruesi Sawan and Tham Luk Suea, in which a stream and formations of stalactites and stalagmites are found.

It is located on Khao Chang Road off Phetchakasem Road, diagonally opposite the City Hall. It is a scenic park where a bronze standing statue of the late Princess Mother is situated in the garden. People usually come here in the late afternoon for exercise and relaxation.
