Located by the Prasae Estuary, the Shrine has gained respect and worship from the people of Rayong. Inside, the life-size statue of Prince of Chumphon or Admiral Phrachao Borommawongthoe Krommaluang Chumphon khetudomsak, Father of the Royal Thai Navy, is housed. It is open daily from 7.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
