Mae Ping Kariang village has developed a lot comparing to nearby villages. Some of the houses has changed from traditional Kariang houses made with Bamboo, but still the original tradition is preserved, especially clothing, language and weaving. Weaving has become the origin of the support center in Her Majesty the Queen’s support for better lives of local people, and it is developed to sell many weaving goods from local people made by natural dye colors and antique weaving machine and the place to demonstrate weaving process of Kariang people.
