The TAT Contact Center has launched its Line Official Account, @tatcontactcenter, aimed to provide tourists another channel to inquire about travel information in both the Thai and English languages. The handy and functional channel on Line OA enables tourists to access interactive travel information which includes:
• Recommended tourist attractions throughout Thailand.
• A list of operators with the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) certification – to ensure safe and healthy travel in the New Normal.
• Downloadable e-brochures featuring maps and guidebooks of must-visit attractions and restaurants around Thailand.
• Updates on Thai travel news and activities from Facebook: TAT Contact Center and a speed dial to the Call Center 1672.
• Direct inquiry about travel information with the TAT Contact Center through the Line chat box.
To celebrate the launch, the TAT Contact Center invites all tourists to join the campaign “Add a Friend Today & Win a Free Stay” in hotels in six provinces around Thailand. The fascinating destinations, comprising Kanchanaburi, Phang Nga, Trat, Nan, Loei, and Nakhon Phanom were exclusively selected to cater all types of tourists from adventurers, beachgoers, nature lovers, to cultural explorers.
To join the campaign, tourists can simply scan the QR Code or add @tatcontactcenter as a friend on the Line application and participate in a game to have a chance to win a hotel package worth up to 10,000 THB from July – September 2020.
