Watch the magic happen when Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Le Normandie (Two MICHELIN Stars) takes on Thailand's rising culinary star of One MICHELIN Starred 80/20, Chef Napol “Joe” Jantraget’s invitation to discover what special ingredient Phetchaburi holds. Join the journey as they craft their new found gem into unique fine dining dishes.

Watch the chefs from Two MICHELIN-Starred Bangkok restaurants; Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri and German twin brothers Thomas and Mathias Sühring; venture out to the Central Thai province of Samut Prakan to discover why the gourami fish is a nation- wide superstar, as they experiment with their fine dining recipes and world-class techniques to transform a local product to crafted creations.

Chef Sujira “Aom” Pongmorn along with pastry chef Arisa “Paper” Panichkul of Saawaan (One MICHELIN Star) invited Chef Garima Arora of Gaa (One MICHELIN Star) on a small adventure to see the land of famous pineapples, Sriracha in Chonburi Province of Thailand. Watch stories unveiled as they found out what makes the local fruits so famously known for its delicacy and sweetness. Later they turned the local fruity star into fine dining creations; from an old recipe dish turned modern with a twist to unimaginable innovative dessert, to Indian-inspired savoury made of locals’ favourite Sriracha pineapple.

Watch Texan rising culinary star, Chef Riley Sanders of Canvas (One MICHELIN Star), taking on the invitation of Thai country boy Chef Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan of Chim by Siam Wisdom (One MICHELIN Star). They discover why the snakehead fish of Sing Buri is so famously known in Thailand. Hop on the delicious journey as the two experiment the world of fine dining cooking, elevating a local product to the next level.

With help from the sweet-and-sour gem of the orchard, two distinguished kitchen craftsmen strive for that perfect balance of flavours and textures. Friendly local celebrity Chumpol Jangprai of R-Haan and Mezzaluna’s impeccable Ryuki Kawasaki from Japan - both from Bangkok’s Two MICHELIN-Starred restaurants - roam the land to share their thoughts and insights with Nakhon Pathom’s finest pomelo grower. As their day’s tales unfold, their skillful interpretations transform the humble pomelo into picturesque fares, harmonising multinational culinary techniques and revelations that never cease to amaze.
