Unusually for a guesthouse restaurant you will see the tourists are often outnumbered by local Thais which should tell you something about the authenticity of our Thai food. And that many of them are also here eating steaks and pizzas should tell you that we are well known for the quality of international (falang) food as well. Our prices also make Jolly Frog an experience our customers want to repeat.
We are a large restaurant seating nearly 200 customers who can choose outdoor, covered areas or, in the evenings, our non-smoking air-con room. Our extensive menu offers Thai and International foods freshly cooked and served by our friendly (if not too busy!) staff. Popular choices include fish, steaks, pizzas, Thai soups, salads and curries and our homemade breads. We also have a long list of drinks whether you want something refreshing after a trip or some beers as you sit with friends and family.
The restaurant is attractive with garden areas and fountains and we have a collection of interesting old photographs and occasional photograph exhibitions.
At 7.00 p.m. we show 2 videos. Guests are invited to choose the next night's videos from a catalogue kept at reception.
