Attraction Details

Built on the former battlefield of one of the greatest was between Siam and ancient Burma kingdoms, the historical park is aimed to commemorate and honor the great battle under the command of King Rama I that succeeded to save the kingdom against the invasion by King Bodawpaya of Burma in 1795, which is known among Thais as Songkram Kao Tap (the Nine-Army Battle) regarding nine troops of Burmese army entering Siam at different spots. The historical park provides detailed information on the great battle for students and those interested in history through diagrams, maps and videos.
