Attraction Details

The Thai-Danish Dairy Farm is the beginning of dairy farming in Thailand. In 1962, the Danish government and the Danish Dairy Farming Association, with cooperation from the Thai government, founded a Thai-Danish dairy farm and dairy farming training center in Amphoe Muak Lek of Sara Buri, Thailand. Later, the farm and the training center were transferred to the Thai government and were established as the Diary Farming Promotion Organization of Thailand to promote dairy farming and to buy raw milk from local farmers to produce dairy products. Not only is a dairy farm, this place is also an agricultural tourist attraction for those who are interested in cowboy lifestyles and dairy farming.
