Thanon Phiphitphakdi, Amphoe Mueang, Yala

Attraction Details

This 32-acre park was the site of a ceremony to offer His Majesty the King the Kingdom’s most sacred animal, the white albino elephant (Chang Phueak in Thai). In 1968, an elephant named Phra Sawet Sura Khachathan was offered to the King. Inside the park is a pavilion, located in the center of a large pond. Sculptures of animals also dot the park, which is presently used for several other provincial activities.

The park is located on Phiphit Phakdi Road in Amphoe Mueang.
