Amphoe Prathai, Nakhon Ratchasima
Known as Arokhayasan by the ancient Khmers, Prasart Nang Ram was built in the 13th century during the reign of King Chaiworaman VII. The site comprises of two groups of ancient sanctuary with the complete pagodas in the east and surrounded by laterite wall. Outside the wall is a pond, featured with several historical buildings where many ancient items were discovered.
To reach the destination, take highway No.2 for 62 kilometers to Ban Wat intersection. Turn right to highway No. 207 and proceed for 22 kilometers to Ban YaKha (or 11 kilometers before reaching Prathai town), turn left and then proceed for 4 kilometers.
