As its name replies, the huge Chang Mountain (literally means elephant) resembles the crouching elephant and is considered to be the symbol of Phang Nga. Situated right behind the former Phang Nga City Hall, inside the mountain is the dark and long cave called Tham Phung Chang. The cave is packed with stalactites and stalagmites, which is ideal for exploring either on foot or by boat in some water-filled area.
