Attraction Details

Located at the former city hall of Kalasin, the Kalasin museum was established by Kalasin Governor Chairat Mapraneet to showcase the province’s proud heritage. The museum includes a lecture room, a governor’s room, a religious worship room, a room to honor HM Queen Sirikit, as well as displays describing the way of life of the Phu Thai ethnic minority people. In addition, handicrafts such as Phrae Wa silk are featured in additional exhibits. Many are for sale as souvenirs.
