Khum Ma Mang Kong, Beach House for rent at Mae Phim Beach (Adjacent to Mae Phim Shrine)

Our house is right on the beach front with a full ocean view and with a backdrop of a forested hill. You can see various views of the ocean though the big windows of various rooms of the house. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave oven, Refrigerator, electric kettle, electric rice cooker, and utensils for cooking, serving and dining. The house is also equipped with electric fans, TV AsiaSat3s & Thaicom c-band Satellites.

There is fresh air from the ocean wind during the day and cool air from the hill at night. You can hear the sounds of the ocean all day and enjoy a jogging and walking on kilometers of soft sand beach. The beach is wide and the water is nice a safe for swimming. The clarity of the water is such that you can see schools of fish in the calm water of winter.

The house has the 1st floor and the 2nd floor as separate units, having an area 100 sq.meters. The big bedroom has 2 single bed and the small one has 1 double bed. The daily rent is 2,500 baht for weekends and holidays and 2,000 baht for weekdays. The monthly rent is 20,000 baht without any other charges. And also we have 8 sets of mattress free of charge.
