1. The Promotion will be held from 1 June 2008 till 31 August 2008
   
2. For every 500 Baht spent at any participating merchant with a Visa card, get double chances to win 7 prizes of all expense paid trips back to Thailand,
   plus 1 selected best 7 wonders destinations in Thailand including: Thainess – The Chedi ChiangMai, Festivities – The Chedi Phuket, Beach –

3. Visa reserves the right to change to a different but equivalent accommodation without prior notice.
   
4. Limit 20 lucky draw coupons/person/day
   
5. Limit maximum amount of 1 prize is $USD10,000, including round-trip ticket from origin country of each winner to Thailand plus domestic accommodations
   and round-trip airfare tickets for the winner and 1 companion.
   
6. All coupons will be eligible to win by a random selection.
   
7. The deadline for entering the promotion is 31 August 2008.
   
8. The winners will be chosen by random drawing on 25 September 2008 at Richmond Hotel by the representative of Visa International
   and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
   
9. Names of all winners will be announced on www.visa.co.th on 1 October 08.
   
10. The winners will be notified by telephone, email and / or official mail.
    
11. Prizes must be redeemed and completed by each winner before 20 Dec 08.
    
12. Each winner is only eligible to receive one prize regardless of the number of entries that they have made.
    
13. For prizes valued in excess of 500 THB, winners are required by law to pay 5% tax on their winnings.
    
14. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    
15. Visa’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
16. The acceptance of the prize by the prize winner constitutes acceptance of Visa using his or her name and photograph for publicity purposes.
