Flying School

While most people are more likely to think Thai cooking school then Thai flight school, there are a number of reasons to come to Thailand in order to get one’s pilots license. Both Thai and foreign students are welcome to several academies and flying clubs that can certify pilots for a Private Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License. While flight school courses require considerable time commitments (minimum 60 hours for a PPL course) and exams are only given every three months, rates for getting an a pilots license in Thailand are far more reasonable than in most developed nations and Thailand has high standards as regulated by the Thai Department of Civil Aviation
