1. Send email confirmation to webmaster@tourismthailand.org with attached copy of your passport or ID card before October 15, 2010.
2. Re-confirm the mailing address for sending the prize that you've provided in the registration form or provide us the new address in case you have moved or transferred location.
Once we received your email confirmation, we will mail you the prize within November 15, 2010.
In the event the successful winners of the contest, he/she does not confirm his/her identity within a given period of time, the TAT and/or organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.

- A lucky draw will be performed by TAT and/or organizer to select the winners. The winners will be ranked as 1st and 2nd; an announcement will be made indicating these winners on or about September 30, 2010 at 10:00 AM (GMT +7) on the http://www.tourismthailand.org/onlinesurvey/survey.html and http://thai.tourismthailand.org/onlinesurvey/survey-th.html. A personal e-mail declaring them as winners will also be sent. The TAT and/or organizer reserve the right to give out the prizes only to those who completes the survey entirely.
- In the event the successful winners of the contest cannot be contacted at the e-mail address indicated on their registration form, or on informing the selected winner, he/she does not reconfirm within a given period of time, the TAT and/or organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.
- Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
- Only listed prizes will be awarded and no substitutions or redemptions will be made, except by the sponsor in its sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal or greater value.
- Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
- Advance reservations are required through the property directly; bookings are subject to availability.
- Voucher must be presented to the property directly.

- Winners will receive their prizes through the mail within a month after the winners have reconfirmed their address and information as requested by TAT and/or organizer.
