A refreshing twist on Asian cuisine with a kaleidoscope of dishes representing Thailand, Indonesia, India and Japan. Dishes can be requested in any order or size for those who wish to venture across the borders of Asia in one sitting. Ebi tempura is served simply, highlighting prawns of exceptional quality. Doughnut-shaped, stacked tod mun poo (crab cakes) is also a popular starter. Richly spicy and luscious panaeng ped yang lychee curry disguises slightly overcooked duck, but a side order of white and brown rice is perfect. The true star of the show is tamarind tiger prawns with a delectably sticky pulp sauce; the plate demands to be scoured of all remnants before it is removed. The dessert menu features a collection of Asian favourites of which mango and sticky rice tastes appropriately traditional. Though a relatively new kid on the block, this restaurant has great potential to be a leading dining establishment in the region.
