Winning Criteria and Prize Distribution

•  Submission period is 1 May – 30 June 2008 and the voting period is 1 May – 31 July. The winners will be those who have the highest ratings. In the event there is a tie, the video with the most total votes wins.

•  The three winners will be announced on 1 August 2008 at http://amazingexperience.tourismthailand.org. A personal e-mail declaring them as winners will be sent.

•  The winners will be the contestants whose eligible videos received the highest number of votes and ratings during the voting period.

•  A contestant can be announced a winner only for one video. In the event a contestant is the winner for more than one video, TAT reserves the right to award him/her for only one video.

•  In the event the successful winners of the contest cannot be contacted at the e-mail address indicated on their entry form; or on informing the selected winner, he/she does not reconfirm back within a given period of time; TAT reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.

•  Names of manufacturers are used for purpose of prize description only; such use is not intended to suggest or imply the manufacturers' sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of sponsor of this contest otherwise indicated.

•  TAT will pay all shipping and handling, if any, required for delivery of prizes within Thailand . All shipping, handling or other costs for delivery abroad will be the responsibility of the respective winners.

•  Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

•  Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the sponsor.

•  Only listed prizes will be awarded and no substitutions or redemptions will be made, except by the sponsor in its sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal or greater value.

•  According to Thai law, the winners will be charged 5% withholding tax of the total amount of the prizes they are awarded.

•  Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.

•  TAT expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. The promotion entities will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Voting Requirements and Prize Distribution

•  In order to vote, the user has to register to be a contest member.

•  The voting period will be from 1 May to 31 July 2008.

•  View one or more videos submitted by the contestants that are displayed on the contest Video Tab.

•  You may view videos any number of times.

•  It is not necessary for you to view all the videos before voting.

•  After you have viewed the videos, you may vote for your favourite one by clicking on the appropriate number of stars (5 stars being the highest) under “Rate this Video” beneath the video player.

•  You may vote for more than one video.

•  TAT members, associated companies of the website or the contest registered members and web site users may not attempt to increase the number of votes for any submitted video through the use of any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means (including but not limited to automated click-generating software, macro programs, or internet agents).

•  A vote from the contestant who submitted the video will not be accepted. Except otherwise prohibited by the official rules, there is no limit to the number of votes an amazing Experience Video contest member can cast during the voting period.

•  A draw system will be performed to select the voting winners. These three winners will be announced on 1 August 2008 on the amazing Experience Video Contest mini site. A personal e-mail declaring them as winners will be sent.
