Dusit debuts 'Eat Well,Feel Well'

Dusit International, one of Asia’s leading hotel groups, in collaboration with Chef Daniel Green, healthy-eating expert and an internationally renowned television celebrity chef, and author, introduces the ‘Eat Well, Feel Well’ programme providing guests with an alternative healthy dining experience at all Dusit hotels and resorts across Thailand, Philippines, Dubai, and Cairo. The programme aims to provide guests with a healthy diet selection menu to encourage the awareness of the ‘Eat Well, Feel Well’ concept that has become the preferred choice of lifestyle amongst global travellers.

‘Eat Well, Feel Well’ healthy menus include a selection of low-calorie recipes from a wide range of cuisines from breakfast to appetisers, soups, main dishes and desserts that will not only help to balance an individual’s nutritious diet but also introduce guests how food can be tasteful without having to compromise their favourite appertisers. Among these are specialty healthy gourmet dishes like Tuna Nicoise, Bouillabaisse Soup, and much more.

“Eat Well, Feel Well isn’t just about eating healthy but it is also a lifestyle that embraces food with a creative presentation, as well as enjoying the experience with families and friends. Our collaboration with Chef Daniel Green stems from our commitment to delivering our guests with the finest cuisine and at the same time encouraging them to enjoy a healthy-eating experience at any of our hotels or resorts,” said Ms Elena Broms, Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, Dusit International.

Chef Daniel Green is well-known for his astonishing background as being an overweight teenager who, at the age of 18, started a three-year diet which transformed his life. He spent the next few years travelling all over the world as a professional model before deciding to help others change their lives in the way he had changed his - through healthy-eating. He developed a passion for cooking and for making gourmet meals using fresh and healthy alternatives to cream, butter and other fattening products. Daniel’s signature recipes are simple and easy to do while offering healthy, tasty and delicious-on-the-eye. He has authored five books which have sold worldwide.

“It is such a great honour for me to work with Dusit International, an iconic brand in Thailand with a distinguished heritage, its gracious Thai hospitality, and most importantly, the pride that they take in serving no other than the freshest quality cuisine to their customers. My passion is in Asia and with this collaboration, there will certainly be a lot more culinary knowledge exchange and innovations to help people manage their life through healthy eating, everyday. I believe healthy food can be cooked to a brilliant standard, full of flavour with great eye-appeal and Dusit has let me showcase this”, said Chef Daniel Green.

The Eat Well, Feel Well programme is the new way to a healthier and more creative diet to all Dusit International’s hotels and resorts, which will be available to guests in the hotel’s dining venues and In-Room dining experience. This will help Dusit’s guests to develop their personality, alternative choices of cuisine and a chance to make a difference to a better lifestyle.
