Overview

Rim Rock will open in December 2011. Those interested will have to make prior arrangement. We're located atop a lovely secluded hill with soaring limestone cliffs along the east side. Expansive views stretch out for miles over rolling hills. Large trees and large rocks are everywhere. Tent camping and our unique 'Castle Cottage' will be available. Rim Rock is shaping up to be a fine place for meditation and yoga and relaxation. Will also have sing-alongs around a fire circle, plus indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Feel free to contact us.

As part of the natural environment vibe at Rim Rock, no recorded music will be blaring forth - as you get at other hotels. Instead, we'll have the sounds of nature by day, and some evenings we'll have sing-alongs and story telling at the fire circle. Yes, a real live outdoor fire in a lovely natural setting.

Still being developed, the plan is for Rim Rock to offer healthy natural food, with no trans-fats and no MSG. Fruit salads, vege salads, grilled sandwiches, nachos and patatas bravas are some of the delicious fare which we plan to make available for low cost on site.

How to get there :

By Car : Go NW over Mae Fa Luang bridge from Chiang Rai. Go 2 Km through the town of Ban Nam Lat. Take a left at Soi 11, going west. Go 2 Km down soi 11, Rim Rock access road is on the left.
