Transport Prachin Buri
As Prachin Buri is not far from Bangkok, visitors can either hire a car from Bangkok and drive to Prachin Buri or take a bus or train, both of which make multiple, regular departures to and from Prachin Buri.

There are many routes from Bangkok to Prachin Buri.
1: Take the Phahonyothin Highway (No. 1) to Rangsit, keeping left to take the overpass leading to Highway No.305, parallel to Khlong Rangsit and past Ongkarak of Nakhon Nayok. Then take Highway No.33 (Nakhon Nayok-Prachin Buri), turning right at Samyaek Nong Cha-om (Km.155) to Highway No.319, which leads to Prachin Buri. The total distance is 136 kilometers.
2: Starting out on the Phahonyothin Highway (No.1) towards Wang Noi of Ayutthaya, turn right at Km. 90 to Highway No.33, through Wihan Daeng of Saraburi and Nakhon Nayok; turn right at Samyaek Nong Cha-om at Km.155 to Highway No.319, which leads to Prachin Buri. The total distance is 164 kilometers.
3: Starting on Highway No.304, pass through Chachoengsao and Phanom Sarakham, turning on to Highway No.319 through Si Mahosot to Prachin Buri. The total distance is 158 kilometers.
Regular and air-conditioned busses leave daily from Bangkok’s Northern Bus Terminal, Mo Chit 2. There are 2 routes:
1: Bangkok - Hin Kong - Nakhon Nayok - Prachin Buri by 1st class air-conditioned bus (Nos. 58 & 59) departing every 25 minutes from 05:00 to 21:00
2: Bangkok - Ongkarak - Nakhon Nayok - Prachin Buri by 1st class air-conditioned bus (No.920) departing 3 times a day at 05:00, 10:00, and 17:00 hrs.
