The ISE Cards, Inc. traces its founding back to 1958 at the University of Illinois. The ISE Identity Card was created to encourage students to enhance their educational experience through travelling, through extensive contact with the local people and at the same time gain an extraordinary opportunity to enjoy another culture from an insider’s perspective.
