Visit the Bridge over the river Kwai, make a train ride along the Burma railway track, get to know the history at the war museum and Tham Krasea Buddha cave and bathe with an elephant!
This day we depart straight for Kanchanaburi city to visit the Bridge over the river Kwai. After this we also visit the famous war museum. Here you get the best impression about what happened during the second world war in Asia.
After lunch you will have some free time to stroll around or maybe take a speedboat ride on the Kwai river to let the wind blow trough your hair.
Then we drive out of Kanchanaburi city to meet the Thai Elephants at the river. Here you can bathe and swim with these majestic animals for a while.
Great fun and it cools you down from the tropical weather as well. From here we'll get on the famous train that takes us along the highlight of the track. A wooden bridge from which you will have an amazing view over the river. Near the bridge is also the Tham Krasea cave which can be visited. After a long day exploring the countryside and some famous historical sites of Thailand your guide and driver will take you back to your hotel in Bangkok.
