SANSHAII Overview

Biography:

Jirat Supisankul studied at Bangkok University in Communication Arts and he had a fashion’s worth at St.Martins School of Arts and Designs in London. Prior to the brand Sanshai presenting womenswear collections, he worked as a fashion designer for Pasaya, the famous textiles company in Thailand and for Sunshine, 1 of 3 brands in the shop ‘Headquarter’, in Bangkok.

Realization:

Beside his full mind to design clothes, Jirat owns the talent to be stylist. He worked as a freelance costume designer for leading advertising agencies and as a freelance fashion stylist for various fashion magazines such as Elle, Lips, etc. His unique styling is intensified by graphic elements and colorful funky street style.

Philosophy:

Aside from Sunshine streetwear line, Jirat is also the designer behind the new label Sanshai, exclusively aimed for glamorous feminity hiding the power of chic, and lightly sweet but sexy. Woman in Sanshai’s standard has no need to reach head-to-toe perfectionism but she knows to be more attractive by producing the effect of contrast: The use of opposing elements, such as colors, forms, or lines.

Inspiration:

The mixed or the main use of uniform twist, proportion and harmony, elaborate cutting and origami are considered as a main beginning for the collection of Sanshai. Every inspiration and finishing has its own energy to create the most wearable look for women who love to be casual but still glamorous.
