Tour Overview :

This short course is designed to teach you the basics of preparing fine Thai cuisine. You will learn by preparing food in a stylish Thai kitchen. Everybody will be provided with all the necessary cooking tools i.e. stove‚ wok etc. All classes are small in size‚ never more than 10‚ to ensure adequate personalized attention.

Tour Inclusion : · Transportation by air-conditioned minibus
· Accommodation in shared twin-bedded room, with breakfast.
· Lunch on Days 2-4.

Remark : The school closed on Monday and public holiday. If the booking coincides with the closed days then the class will be arranged on either arrival or departure day instead.
It is not recommended that young children who may disrupt the classes take part in the cooking course

Day by Day Itinerary :

Date 1 : Bangkok - Bangkok

Arrive Bangkok airport and then transfer to hotel.
Overnight.

Date 2 : Bangkok - Bangkok

After breakfast transfer to the cooking school.
The course is completely hands-on and conducted in English. While the technical content is professionally presented, the whole process is meant to be entertaining and in a word, "fun" for the participants! This is an opportunity to really discover the joy of cooking and try your hand at becoming a Thai cook.

During all our classes, the school's instructional emphasis is always focused on the same three things: traditional Thai techniques, innovative use of ingredients and esthetic presentation. What changes is only the ingredients according to season..
There is a wide variety of cooking classes from 1-5 days. The 4-hour classes, featuring 4 food items, are held on Tuesday - Sunday, 9.30am - 1.30pm. School is closed on Monday and National Public holidays. All classes include recipes and generous samplings of demonstrated items.
Transfer back to the hotel in the late afternoon.
