Located on Phra Phanwasa Rd in a compound belonging to the Mueang Suphan Buri District Office, this museum is a blend of a traditional Thai homes and a farmer’s granary. The ground floor exhibition features the history of rice farming, related equipment, rice farmers’ lives, and rice-related topics from the past. Interesting artifacts include potsherds found at Ban Bang Pun, Tambon Phihan Daeng, Amphoe Mueang, Suphan Buri, which may have been part of a royal ploughing ceremony conducted during the Ayutthaya Period. A library  is available nearby.

Meanwhile, the first floor showcases the role of Thai kings and their royal patronage from the past to the present in supporting and developing rice farming. A photo gallery displays significant historical events in Suphan Buri, for instance, when the Crown Prince visited a demonstration of paddy fields at Bueng Phai Khaek, Tambon Don Pho Thong in Amphoe Mueang in 1986. The Crown Prince made compost, sowed grain, and harvested produce by himself. The equipment used during the events is also on display.
