Nong Ngu Hao Snake Farm is certainly filled with cobras and venomous snakes like its name.
Nong Ngu Hao Snake Farm takes care of various species of cobras. It was first started in 1986.
Visitors will get to learn about cobras in various areas within this 10-field farm such as its general feature, character, its venom and the breeding process. There are 10 species of cobras displaying here. Also, serum making process from snake venoms and correct snake catching are performed by the professionals. The tiger show is also available for the visitors.
After enjoying the shows, there are also products made from snakes available for tourists to shop in a good price; the products include shoes, handbags and belts. You can spend the money on yourself or buy them for others.
Normally, the farm will open to tour group which has already contacted the office in advance. However, for those who interest in visiting the farm, they have to prepare documents and contact in advance through “Nong Ngu Hao Snake Farm 23/2 Moo6 at 15 kilometers marker on Bangna-Trat Road, Bang Chalong sub-district, Bang Phli district, Samut Prakarn, 10540” or call 0
To visit, take Bangna-Trat Road around 14-15 kilometers marker and turn left for another 300 meters (in Krerk University Avenue).
