  Wedding Ceremony on Elephant-Back is held on Valentine’s day at Elephant Study Center, Tah Toom District, Surin Province. The ceremony, known as "Sud Tae Ceremony", is the traditional wedding of the local tribe called "Guay". The highlight during the ceremony is the marriage registration on the elephant-back, symbolizing the love of the couples on Valentine's Day. It is believed that the wedding ceremony on the elephant-back will bring about good fortune and prosperity to the couples. Additionally, the couples will experience in many activities such as Bai Si Soo Kwan, a parade of a symbolic sum of money representing dowry, traditional drum performance and dancing. This wedding ceremony is very unique and will be the unforgettable memories of all couples.
