While they are readily available, illegal drugs should not be purchased or consumed on Koh Phangan. Taking drugs in Thailand is both dangerous and illegal.

If you must visit Lumphini Stadium to see a Muay Thai boxing match, only buy tickets at the ticket window as many ‘official’ representatives lurking about are simply there to rip you off
