As the oldest beach resort in Thailand, Hua Hin has a wide range of attractions and activities, not least of which is spending time on the long, white sand beach and partaking in various beach activities, such as jet skiing and kite surfing. Haad Hua Hin or Hua Hin Beach runs more than four kilometers south from the rocky headland from which it draws its name to a southern headland where a Buddhist temple overlooks the coast from atop a towering cliff.
