Owner Sean Power is on hand to greet new and old friends alike. He oversees a kitchen with talented Thai cooks and brings his international background to bear in the selection and preparation of his cuisine. The choices are a clever marriage of Pacific Rim with European and Thai highlights. Try oven-baked goat cheese with rocket salad, followed perhaps by homemade ravioli and saffron sauce. The fact that the dining room is always full of locals, many of them chefs and managers of the nearby hotels, is strong testament to the regard in which Siam Supper Club is held.
