The dishes are a mixture of local and imported items and prepared with a Thai twist by award-winning chef Arkom Ployiam. Flavors is a great place to order just a couple of starters. Try delicious crab and shrimp avocado spicy salsa or local grilled scallops, either of which makes a good accompaniment for the delicious fresh-baked bread. Entrees include beautifully prepared pomfret that comes with a champagne sauce. The grill provides succulent beef tenderloin accompanied by three sauces: porcini mushroom, shallot red wine and four-seasons pepper. A romantic evening here is guaranteed.
