Yung Thong Waterfall Yung Thong Waterfall
Ban Sawaeng, Tambon Na Yung, Amphoe Na Yung, Udon Thani
Abundant trees and many valleys, located in a national park area, surround this three-tier waterfall. It is located on the ridge of Mount Phu Phan and Mount Phu Ya U, around 500 meters from the park headquarters. The waterfall stream flows along interesting boulders, set amongst pristine greenery. The small three- tiered waterfall has a pond where visitors can swim. The waterfall once teemed with peafowl (Yung Thong in Thai), lending the waterfall its name.
This waterfall is located in Ban Sawaeng, Tambon Na Yung, Amphoe Na Yung. It is located 103 kilometers from the town in Na Yung Nam Som National Park.
